Photo guide

Use an original, high-resolution photo with natural light and the face and body area clearly visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, blur, blocked features, and very small subjects.

How it works

1. Place your order and upload your pet photo.
2. We review the photo and confirm the recommended crop.
3. You approve the complete artwork proof.
4. Production begins after approval and the finished piece is shipped with tracking.

Timing: Ships within 15 days after artwork approval. Transit time is separate.

The product image is a concept rendering based on the intended size and construction. Your pet portrait, natural wood grain, brass tone, and handcrafted detail will vary.

Custom-order policy: Your piece is made specifically from the materials and layout you approve. After the digital proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect remedies for damage, defects, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the approved proof.
