Custom-order policy: Your piece is made specifically from the materials and layout you approve. After the digital proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect remedies for damage, defects, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the approved proof.
