Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description
• Missing items or wrong items shipped
• Customer must provide clear photos or video showing the issue
• We reserve the right to investigate and may request additional evidence

• Option A: Keep the product and receive a 50% refund (no return needed)
• Option B: Return the product for a full refund
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Products must be unused with original packaging
  • Refund issued after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Limits

• Maximum of 2 refund claims per customer within any 12-month period for quality issues
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
• Orders under $20 are final sale and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if we reasonably believe there is fraudulent activity

What Is NOT Refundable

• Cat toys that show normal wear and tear from use (scratching, biting, chasing is expected)
• Products used beyond 7 days after delivery
• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

Refund Process

1. Email us at janet@peggico.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue
2. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
3. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. For quality issues: You may keep the product and receive a full refund (no return needed)
5. For dissatisfaction: Choose Option A (50% refund, keep product) or Option B (full refund, return product at your shipping cost)
6. We reserve the right to issue store credit instead of cash refund at our discretion
