Blue-and-white British Shorthair
Six years of companionship—and a daily reminder to notice how play evolves over time.
THE PEGGICO STORY
Why do so many cat toys assume every cat wants to play the same way?
FROM THE FOUNDER
I share my life with two cats: a six-year-old blue-and-white British Shorthair and an orange-and-white Exotic Shorthair who is just over a year old.
Living with two cats at very different life stages made me pay closer attention. Play changes with age, energy, mood, environment, and personality. A toy that captures one cat’s full attention may mean nothing to another—and that is not a failure on the cat’s part.
That observation became the starting point for PEGGICO. Instead of rushing to put another product on a shelf, I want to begin with better questions: What makes a cat curious? What helps play feel satisfying? Which details make a toy worth returning to?
PEGGICO is being built through observation, small experiments, and honest feedback from cat parents. The goal is simple: create thoughtful play objects that respect how individual cats explore their world.

THE ORIGINAL RESEARCH TEAM
Six years of companionship—and a daily reminder to notice how play evolves over time.
A younger perspective that keeps the questions, experiments, and household energy moving.
Their individual personalities stay private; what they teach us about better observation shapes the brand.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We look for real play patterns and real frustrations before choosing a product direction.
No toy is universal. Clear guidance should help cat parents make better choices for their own cats.
Ideas, prototypes, tests, and finished products are different stages—and we label them clearly.
Materials, care, supervision, and replacement guidance should be easy to understand.
