Cat Toy Specific Notice: Our cat toys are designed for pet use. Normal wear and tear from cat play (including scratching, biting, chasing, and general use) is expected and does not constitute a product defect. Please supervise your pet during play and remove any toy that shows signs of damage to prevent ingestion of small parts.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Peggico reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order is only accepted upon our confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submission, as Peggico may not be able to accept cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

 

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand over the product to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Peggico is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Service. However, any sales and purchases made in our store are conducted directly with Peggico. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify shall not be responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Peggico, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly waive any claims, damages, and liabilities against Shopify and its affiliates arising from or in connection with your purchase or transaction with Peggico.
